Refunds and cancellations by you
Young Imagination Ltd is under no obligations to refund any booked sessions in the event you are unable to attend your session or over ordered tickets.
Refunds and cancellations by us
If Young Imaginations Ltd needs to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule your session for an alternative date and time of your choice subject to availability.
If we should have to cancel a session, we will give you as much warning as possible via email or telephone.
Cancellation due to Covid-19
Should Young Imagination Ltd be forced to close due to National or Local lockdowns, we will offer to reschedule for future dates of your choice subject to availability, redeemable within 3 months of reopening. if you are feeling ill or show any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not turn up to sessions.
please turn up to sessions on time so we are able to disinfect and sanitise before the next session starts.
please make us aware if you have been in contact with anyone COVID before your sessions.
when you arrive at sessions please sanitise with the provided hand sanitisers or soap and water facilities available.
Amendments
If you need to change the date or time of your booked session please allows 24hours notice otherwise it will be unchangeable.
Parking
There is free parking available, however we are not liable for any damage or theft from vehicles. Vehicles left at owners own risk.
Resources and Equipment
All resources and equipment are checked in advance of each session during set up and every attempt is made to ensure that all resources are fit and safe for purpose, however there may be items unsuitable for every child and you as a parent/ guardian are responsible for determining the suitability of resources in your child's play.
Personal Belonging
Young Imagination Ltd takes no responsibility for any personal belongings brought into the session by attendees.
Messy/Water sessions
Young Imagination Ltd can not be held responsible for children who ingest any of the messy play resources this remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Young Imagination Ltd provides edible food products to play with and it is advised that children do not eat them due to continued risk of contamination and choking hazard. All materials and resources are deemed to be non toxic and play safe by staff members.
However, Young Imagination Ltd can not cater for individual allergies, intolerances and sensitivities, these remain the responsibility of the parent/guardians.
Clothing to be worn: shoes are not permitted to be worn during sessions. Suitable clothing is advised to be worn as children will get messy or wet, please bring additional clothing to sessions and use the aprons provided.
Photography
We are happy for you to take photographs of your child during class and capture these precious moments. In compliance with our safeguarding and GDPR policies, you may take photographs of yourself and your own child and must respect other families not wanting to be photographed. If another family raises concerns that their child may be in photographs without their consent you will be asked to delete the images.
We may ask to take photographs during class, this will be to use on social media, our website and any promotional work we create. If you do not feel comfortable having yourself and/or your child in any photos please advise a member of staff.
If you take any photographs of your child and you are happy to have them shared to our social media and website please email them to us. Alternatively, please share to your social media page and tag @YoungImagination
